We had a special visitor today! We learned about staying safe if there is a fire and learned about all their equipment.

Stay low if there is smoke.

Learning about their air tanks.

Learning not to be afraid of firemen. They are there to help you.

Today we talked about bus safety with a bus driver. We saw the danger zones around the bus. Then we sat inside the bus and talked about bus rules and located the 8 emergency exits.

Name Rockets

Today we made rockets using the letters in our name and wrote how many letters make up our name.

First day of Kindergarten!

I blinked and the day was over! We had a busy but fun day! We had an assembly first thing this morning to meet staff and learn a fun cheer about being ready to learn. We read The Kissing Hand and made our own kissing hand. During math we learned about our math manipulatives. We even got to celebrate Michael's birthday! What a great day!
